Meal Plan

It is important to note that there are no restaurants at or within 20 km from Camp Ongrandi. For this reason, catering services will be available from Thursday evening to Sunday morning (see the menu below). Since meals are being catered, meal vouchers MUST be purchased prior to attending the reunion. Please see Menu below.

BYOB: Those wishing to consume alcoholic beverages will need to bring their own as no alcoholic beverages will be provided by the catering or other bar services company.

Coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided with meals only. Please bring your own beverages to consume throughout the weekend. An outdoor tap for drinking water is available at the kitchen facility.

Please indicate the number of meals vouchers you wish to purchase on the Attendance, Accommodation and Meal Plan Form.

Cancellation Schedule:

Before or on July 1, 2026 = 100% reimbursement
Between July 2 and July 20, 2026 = 50% reimbursement
July 21 to July 29, 2026 = 0% reimbursement

Option Out of Meal Plan

Those who choose to bring their own food rather than purchase meal vouchers will need to ensure that they have the equipment required to store and cook their own food as the kitchen facilities will be solely for the use of the caterer. (Please note that there is no water supply, electrical power supply or septic system hookup at the campsites.)
