Attendance, Accommodations and Meal Plan Form


Instructions on how to confirm your participation at the reunion, how to communicate your accommodation requirements, and to purchase meal vouchers:

Step 1: Copy and paste questions in sections 1-4 below in an email.

Step 2: Respond to each question in your email.

Step 3: Add the totals for Attendance fees and Meal Plan.

Step 4: Send the email and E-transfer by June 15, 2026 to: gendronreunion@gmail.com

Note: Payment received after June 15, 2026 will be subject to a 15% surcharge.

Cancellation Schedule:

  1. Before or on July 1, 2026 = 100% reimbursement
  2. Between July 2 and July 20, 2026 = 50% reimbursement
  3. July 21 to July 29, 2026 = 0% reimbursement

ATTENDANCE, ACCOMMODATION AND MEAL PLAN QUESTIONS:

Note:  Please send one email per household. A household includes parent(s) with dependent children, couples, individuals living alone, or relatives cohabiting.

  1. Attendance:
    • What is the contact information for the household representative (Name, Email, Cellular number)?
    • To which Gendron family do the members of the household belong: Bernard, Claude, Marguerite, Jean-Noël, Louisette, Jules, Renee, Lucie, Gaston, Marcel?
    • What is the name and age group of each individual in your household that will be attending the reunion (Age groups are: 0-5 years; 6-12 years; 13-19 years; 20+ years)? Note: Consult the Attendance Fees page to calculate the total attendance fees for your household.
  2. Accommodations:
    • What are the accommodation requirements for the individuals in your household:

      • # campsite for a tent, a trailer, or an RV from (date) to (date):
      • No accommodations required.
  3. Meal Plan:
    • Note:  Since meals are being catered, meal vouchers must be purchased in advance of attending the reunion.
    • Please indicate the total number of breakfast, lunch and supper vouchers required for your household for each day. For example:
      • Thursday, July 30, 2026:
